Thank you for visiting the Ivy Storehouse returns portal. In order to receive a free return label for an unwanted item or an item that needs to be exchanged: 

 1) Please input the order number and zip code located on your packing slip below. 

 2) Follow the necessary prompts to receive your Return Authorization Form and UPS label. 

 3) Complete the returns card inside your box to indicate your new requested size or request for a credit.

 4) All returns must be completed within 10 days of receiving Ivy Box merchandise.
