Thank you for your order for the black and/or green cable knit set! We're elated for you to receive your delivery. As of March 7th, the items were in route to our warehouse. Based on current estimates, the items will arrive to us on or before April 15th. We expect to complete fulfillment within a week and ship all orders on or before April 21st. Dear Ivy Box Subscriber,
We hope this note finds you safe and well. February continues to be a challenging month for weather, logistics, cargo ports, and supply chain management. Most manufacturing industries, including auto and consumer goods, will suffer production delays because of delayed supply chains. The silver lining, however, is that delays are expected to ease within 90 days.
Unfortunately, our manufacturing operations are also adversely affected and delayed. Specifically, we expect to start shipping the February box on March 5th and the March box the week of March 22nd. In light of these delays or possible unforeseen ones in the future, we have once again modified our operations to receive inventory at least 60 days in advance. Moreover, starting in May, we plan to deliver occasion specific orders one month earlier than the occasion date.
Once again, thank you for your enduring support, patience, and prayers. Together, we will all persevere and overcome these challenging times.
