GREAT NEWS! The items for your January Ivy Box will arrive to our warehouse on Friday. We'll start kitting and shipping on the 19th. In addition, the inventory for the February Box is also in route and will ship immediately following your January Box.
Finally, if you were subscribed in time for the January Box, your $10 Loyalty Rewards were already deposited to your account. If you remain subscribed, an additional $10 in Loyalty Rewards will be added to your account by the 20th. You can access and apply your reward points by logging into your customer dashboard or clicking here: https://www.ivystorehouse.com/customer/loyalty. When your reward points are redeemed, the points will automatically apply to items in your cart. Reward points may not be applied to previous orders and expire on June 30, 2022.

We hope you had a delightful holiday season and that you and your loved ones have remained safe and healthy throughout these challenging times.
Today, we write you to inform you of two important things. First, we need to inform you that we, like most global businesses, are experiencing additional supply chain delays related the Omicron variant of COVID-19. As a result, this means that January through April boxes may be delivered to you anywhere from 2-3 weeks late. Even though in some cases we expect to be able to ship and deliver on time, based on current projections, the delays may very well be as long as estimated. For your reference, we plan to provide monthly box shipment status via our website so you can better gauge the precise arrival of your box.
Second, we are extremely excited to announce the launch of our Customer Appreciation Program! We will be rewarding your loyalty to Ivy Storehouse for each month that you are subscribed, from January through April 2022. You will receive 250 reward points each month, for a total reward of up to 1,000 reward points!
Reward points may be redeemed to receive dollars off any merchandise in our one-time shop. For example, you may redeem 250 reward points to receive $10 off your purchase or redeem 1,000 reward points to receive a massive $40 off your purchase. It gets even better!
